Guest Lecture on ‘Challenges of HR in 21st Century’

Department of Management at ST PAULS COLLEGE organized an online guest lecture on ‘Challenges of HR in 21^st Century’ on 16 January 2021 from 11 am to 12 pm. Ms Geetha R.S from Government First Grade College Ramanagara was the resource person of the event. She has over 24 years of experience in teaching and wide knowledge in the field of HR. Ms Anitha S, In-charge of the Department of Management welcomed the resource person, and Ms Sumathi CP, Assistant Professor introduced the speaker.

In the session, Ms Geetha highlighted the core concepts of HR, its challenges, the selection and recruitment process, and how to convert the challenges into strength in the current scenario. She also touched upon the importance of maintaining a better work-life balance. The session was followed by an interactive session with the resource person. Ms. Savitha HS, Assistant Professor from the department of Management gave the vote of thanks. Undoubtedly, the session was informative and productive.
