Admission Process Flow

1. Connect

When we receive a lead, we connect with the student via email and WhatsApp. We inquire about their program of interest, provide counseling, and then request the necessary documents for the eligibility check.

2. Eligibility Document Submission

Once we receive the required documents from the student, we assess their eligibility. If the student qualifies, we collect basic details to proceed with the application process.

3. Application

After gathering all necessary information, either we or the student will complete the application. At the application fee payment stage, a COUPON CODE will be used. Once the payment is completed, the application is submitted, and the Offer Letter is generated.

4. Offer Letter

Before generating the Offer Letter, approval from the Higher Authority for scholarships (if applicable) is required. Once the Offer Letter is created and scholarship details are included, the Higher Authority is notified for approval. After approval, the Offer Letter is sent to the student, instructing them to accept the offer and pay the registration fee within three days.

5. Registration Fee Payment

After accepting the Offer Letter, the student submits the registration fee. The transaction details are collected and shared with the Accounts Department for payment confirmation.

6. Enrolment

Upon payment confirmation, the Admission Letter is created and shared with the student via email and WhatsApp, along with a greeting message and a checklist.

7. Provisional Admission Letter

The Provisional Admission Letter includes the student's basic details, login credentials, program details, and the point of contact for further information.

8. Welcome Email

Once the Provisional Admission Letter is sent, a Welcome Email is also sent to the student.

9. Visa Process

After receiving the Provisional Admission Letter, the student can apply for a visa. If required, we send a hard copy of the Admission Letter; otherwise, a digital copy suffices.

10. Class Commencement Information

Class commencement dates are shared 30 days in advance so students can make necessary travel and ticketing arrangements.

11. Travel and Pickup Arrangements

Upon receiving the student’s travel details, necessary pickup arrangements are made.
