Yoga Center

Today, Yoga is popular across the globe, because of its efficacy in the management of mental and emotional distress and providing a feeling of well-being. Yoga is an Art and Science of healthy living. The term Yoga is derived from the Sanskrit root ‘YUJ’, meaning ‘to join’ or ‘to yoke’ or ‘to unite’, indicating a perfect harmony between the mind and body, man and nature. The aim of Yoga is Self-Realization, to overcome all kinds of sufferings leading to ‘the state of liberation’.

Considering the importance of Yoga awareness and practice, ST PAULS COLLEGE has initiated yoga centre to enhance the overall improvement of quality of life, physical fitness, work output, memory performances and concentration of Paulites.
