Humanities Club

The primary purpose of the Humanities Club is to provide a platform for students who are either pursuing or are interested in the humanities. The Club encourages the students to be actively involved in activities related to Literature, Psychology, Journalism and Political Science.

The following are the various activities that figure in the annual plan of Humanities Club:

  • Regular Publication of Newspapers – Paulapatrika and Cosmos
  • YouTube Channel – ST PAULS TV
  • Guest Lectures, Workshops and Conferences
  • Photography exhibition and competitions
  • Exhibitions on literature themes and authors
  • Visit to TV Channels and Newspaper offices
  • Presentations and Debates
  • Essay, Quiz, Creative Writing and Short Story writing competitions
  • Involvement in Humanitarian activities
  • Movie screening and Movie review
  • Short Movie and Video Making competitions
  • Organizing Conference programme on World Mental Health Day
  • Visit to NIMHANS (Brain Museum)
