In line with the motto of the institution, “Creating Professionals for a Better Tomorrow”, ST PAULS COLLEGE has a proactive training, development and placement cell, coordinated by a full-time placement officer. The Placement Cell works in coordination with all the departments of the college to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical experience. It directs programs aimed to train students in various job-oriented skills.  The Cell invites several reputed companies for campus selection and recruitment from time to time and also provides due career guidance right from the start of the courses and special training and assistance is given to their final year to prepare their CVs, take aptitude tests, conduct group discussions and prepare them for interviews.
