Institution’s Innovation Council: Field Visits for Problem Identification – Startups & Emerging Technology

On November 12, 2024, postgraduate students from the Department of Psychology, accompanied by their Faculty Coordinator, visited Swastik Technology Private Limited as part of an Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC) initiative titled Field Visits for Problem Identification: Startups & Emerging Technology.

The visit provided students with firsthand exposure to the dynamics of startup culture and the latest trends in technology-driven solutions. At Swastik Technology, students gained insights into the operations of a rapidly growing tech startup and learned about the challenges and innovations shaping emerging technologies today. Through interactive sessions with the startup’s management team, students explored the intricacies of problem identification, ideation, and implementation processes essential for technological and psychological advancements.

This field visit emphasized the IIC’s commitment to equipping students with practical knowledge and a deeper understanding of real-world problem-solving within the startup ecosystem, aligning academic learning with professional growth in the technology and psychology interface.
