International Women’s Day

ST PAULS COLLEGE, in association with the Institution’s Innovation Council, commemorated International Women’s Day 2025 with an engaging and empowering session titled “Strength Beyond Limits: The Martial Arts Mindset” on March 12, 2025. The session was led by Mr. Vinod D Chavan, a 3rd Degree Black Belt in Taekwondo, State Referee, and National Coach, who shared his expertise on self-defense, resilience, and the power of a martial arts mindset. The event focused on equipping women with essential self-defense techniques, situational awareness, and mental strength to handle real-life challenges with confidence.
Through live demonstrations and interactive training, participants learned practical strategies to enhance their safety and develop a proactive approach to personal security. The session not only
highlighted the physical aspects of martial arts but also emphasized the importance of self- discipline, focus, and inner strength. The participants actively engaged in the training, gaining valuable insights into self-empowerment and personal growth. The event successfully reinforced the message that martial art is not just about combat but about building confidence, resilience, and a fearless attitude. ST PAULS COLLEGE once again demonstrated its commitment to women’s empowerment, ensuring that students are equipped with skills that promote both physical and mental well-being.
