PAULHARSH

The Department of Psychology at ST PAULS COLLEGE successfully hosted PAULHARSH, an intercollegiate psychology fest that brought together over 60 students from various colleges. The
fest aimed to celebrate the dynamic and intriguing field of psychology through a series of engaging and intellectually stimulating events. The college campus was vibrant with an atmosphere of curiosity and excitement as participants immersed themselves in the various competitions designed to test their analytical, creative, and problem-solving skills. The event lineup included Murder Mystery, Best Psychologist, Quiz, Comic Strip, and Face Painting, each crafted to challenge the participants’ knowledge and ingenuity in the field of psychology. The Murder Mystery event was one of the highlights of the fest, drawing participants into an immersive psychological thriller where they had to analyze evidence, decipher clues, and apply their reasoning skills to solve the case. The level of enthusiasm and critical thinking displayed by the participants made this event a huge success.
The Best Psychologist event tested participants on their understanding of psychological theories, real-life case studies, and their ability to offer insights into various psychological scenarios. This event provided a platform for aspiring psychologists to showcase their expertise and problem-solving abilities in a simulated professional setting. The Quiz competition was a test of psychological knowledge, featuring a diverse range of questions spanning cognitive psychology, behavioral sciences, and famous psychological experiments. This event saw intense competition among the teams, with participants showcasing their in-depth understanding of the subject.
Adding a creative twist to the fest, the Comic Strip competition allowed students to visually represent psychological concepts through storytelling and illustration. The artistic interpretations and innovative storytelling skills of the participants were commendable. Lastly, the Face Painting event allowed students to express psychological themes through artistic face designs. Participants demonstrated immense creativity, transforming their peers into visual representations of emotions, psychological states, and famous psychological symbols. PAULHARSH was a resounding success, providing a platform for students to engage with psychology beyond textbooks. The fest not only fostered academic learning but also encouraged creative expression and critical thinking among participants. The Department of Psychology at ST PAULS COLLEGE looks forward to hosting more such enriching events in the future.
